WHITE/ROSE

This is our estate grown and produced, dry white wine from 100% Traminette grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks. It has wonderful floral and citrus aromas with a dry, crisp finish. It pairs well with appetizers, fish and chicken.

This is our first vintage of “amber wine” made from estate grown Petit Manseng grapes skin-fermented like a red wine. This follows an ancient style of wine making. It is dry, full-bodied, and flavorful. Unlike other white wines, it has moderate smooth tannins. It pairs well with fish, poultry, cheese and charcuterie.

Ayca is our estate grown and produced, semi-sweet 100% Traminette. It is a fragrant white wine with crisp acidity, floral aromas and a bright citrus finish. It pairs well with fish, chicken and spicy Asian foods. A great summer wine, but good all year.




This unique French varietal is estate grown and makes a dry, full-bodied white wine that has intense aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. Its crisp acidity lends itself to pairing with a variety of cheeses, appetizers and grilled fish.




This French-style blend of our estate grown grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec is fermented in stainless steel. Dry and bright with aromas of strawberry and cherry. It pairs well with salads and lighter fare and is great on the patio under the summer sun.




RED

Our finest premium French varietal dry red wine. Estate grown and aged 24 months in French oak, it has wonderful aromas of blackberry, black cherry, leather and cedar with medium body and elegant, smooth tannins. It goes well with grilled or smoked meat and other hearty fare.




This estate grown and bottled dry red wine was aged for 12 months in French oak. It is medium bodied with aromas of black currant, blackberry, green pepper, tobacco and has moderate smooth tannins. It pairs well with pasta dishes, roast pork or poultry, smokey barbecue and rich foods.




Estate grown medium bodied, dry red wine aged in Bulgarian and American oak for 12 months. Aromas of ripe red berries with smooth, integrated tannins makes it a perfect pairing with pasta, salmon or lighter red meat, such as pork or veal.

Norton is an American varietal found in the Southeast and central U.S. It is rich and full-bodied with black fruit, leather, and forest floor aromas carried by a strong backbone of tannin and acidity. Aged 12 months in Bulgarian and American oak, it a great choice with grilled meats or chocolate.




A semi-sweet white wine balanced balanced by the high natural acidity of the Petit Manseng grapes. It is fermented in stainless steel and has citrus and tropical fruit aromas. This is a real treat for a sunny summer picnic and pairs well with strong cheese and spicy food.




This ruby port-styled dessert wine is a proprietary blend of Norton grapes fortified with American brandy and aged in American oak for 18 months. Rich and smooth, it can be enjoyed as dessert by itself or pairs well with strong cheeses, dark chocolate or cigars.
